RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Nashiz Fashion offers its customers the opportunity to return, refund, or exchange a product, provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 15 days in their original, undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned in fully resalable condition, Nashiz Fashion reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange. The price of the returned item will be credited to the purchaser’s account as store credits. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in cases where the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless otherwise stated in the promo code terms and conditions.
Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their clothing tags intact.
PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We only process refunds for damaged or faulty goods. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES
We will refund the delivery charge in cases where a product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, but not for unwanted items.
