PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

VOUCHERS

  • Items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 14 days for a refund upon inspection.

  • Failed return pickups after three attempts or delays beyond two weeks may lead to cancellation of the refund request.

  • Returns must be securely packed with original tags and packaging. We recommend using a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.

  • Refunds will be processed within seven days after quality inspection and credited as store credits.

RETURN OPTIONS

    • Ensure secure packaging and include order details (Order number, Name, Contact number, Product details).

    • Store credits will be issued within seven days after inspection.

  2. Pickup Service

    • Email support@nashizfashion.com with order details.

    • Our team will coordinate a pickup. A return shipping charge may apply based on location.

    • Store credits will be processed within seven days after inspection.

  3. Post Office Drop-Off

    • Ship the package to Nashiz Fashion’s return address via registered post.

    • Securely pack the item and include order details.

    • Store credits will be issued within seven days after inspection.

  4. Nashiz Fashion Store Drop-Off

    • Fill out a return form at the store and submit the item.

    • Store credits will be issued within seven days after inspection.

Returns must be in resalable condition with intact tags. Non-compliant returns will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are available in-store for the amount paid, excluding discounts.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Nashiz Fashion is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country. Customers are advised to check local regulations before placing international orders.
